Leave it to us to visit New York during one of the worst snow storms in 60 years! Of course it did make for a great photo. We hope you stick around to enjoy some of our work and get to know us. We promise to share some of our crazy adventures. If you feel like it be sure to show us some love by leaving us Blog comments, they always make us feel good. Robert & Callyn's Wedding at Green Villa Barn - Independence, Oregon ~ McCloud Photography

We just love late fall weddings. The colors are vivid, the air is crisp, and it's a wonderful season to celebrate a wedding. Well, every season is a great time to get married but the harvest season theme was perfect for Robert and Callyn's wedding.

As you can tell from the photos, Callyn has a beautiful personality, you can't help but smile when you're around her. You can tell it has a great effect on Robert. The day just seemed to fit them. We just loved the fact that the flower girl was wearing a dress that Callyn had wore when she had been a flower girl! And then there were the hay bails that formed a half circle around them during the ceremony, the beautiful dried flowers, and the wheat that could be found thoughout. It all fit perfect for their choice of the Green Villa Barn for their wedding and reception. It gave the romantic look for a wedding but was set to have the feel of an old barn dance.

We worked to make quick use of the little light the fall nights bring but did get in a quick photo of Robert and Callyn kissing just as the sun went down. We're sure they will be seeing some wonderful sunsets on their honeymoon in Hawaii.
Congratulations to a wonderful couple!
