Family and Children Portrait Session in our Studio - Monmouth, Oregon ~ McCloud Photography

Here are some photos of a holiday photo session we recently did in our studio. This family was wonderful to photograph. As you can see, the two children were so adorable. You just have to love their beautiful big eyes. And with just the small thought of strawberry ice cream when they were finished with their photos, these two made the perfect models. Don't we all wish life was as simple as a bowl of our favorite ice cream?

There is still time if you are interested in last minute holiday photos. Feel free to contact us and we will get you those photos for your friends and families Christmas gifts.

Robert & Callyn's Wedding at Green Villa Barn - Independence, Oregon ~ McCloud Photography

We just love late fall weddings. The colors are vivid, the air is crisp, and it's a wonderful season to celebrate a wedding. Well, every season is a great time to get married but the harvest season theme was perfect for Robert and Callyn's wedding.

As you can tell from the photos, Callyn has a beautiful personality, you can't help but smile when you're around her. You can tell it has a great effect on Robert. The day just seemed to fit them. We just loved the fact that the flower girl was wearing a dress that Callyn had wore when she had been a flower girl! And then there were the hay bails that formed a half circle around them during the ceremony, the beautiful dried flowers, and the wheat that could be found thoughout. It all fit perfect for their choice of the Green Villa Barn for their wedding and reception. It gave the romantic look for a wedding but was set to have the feel of an old barn dance.

We worked to make quick use of the little light the fall nights bring but did get in a quick photo of Robert and Callyn kissing just as the sun went down. We're sure they will be seeing some wonderful sunsets on their honeymoon in Hawaii.
Congratulations to a wonderful couple!

Family Photos at the Independence Amphitheater - Independence, Oregon ~ McCloud Photography

Sean and Dawn were up on a recent trip from Southern Oregon and we were able to fit in a short photo session. Oh my…Ethan has grown. Ethan thought he was soooo cool in those cute sunglasses, too bad they were on upside down. It is always wonderful when we get to spend time with them and capture their family on camera. Here are a few photos from their short session.

Family Photos on the Oregon Coast - Lincoln City, Oregon ~ McCloud Photography

These really are “family photos” as these three adorable kids are our youngest nieces and nephew. Justin and I love spending time with them. It’s always guaranteed to be full of laughs! This year, before school started, we decided to take them to the Oregon Coast for a little kite flying, and bonfire complete with smores and hot dogs. Of course, I had to do a quick little photo session. They have grown up tolerating all of there aunties crazy photo requests and have been the continuous subjects of my projects. It’s really not their fault for being so darn cute that I can’t stop taking their photos.

Amanda, Micah, and Chance, we love you guys! Thanks for spending the day with us and for letting me take your photos.

Love, Auntie and Uncle Justin
